Refund & Credits Policy

Failed renders are always free

If a render fails, is cancelled, or produces a corrupt file, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for a video you did not receive.

Refund window

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as long as no video has been rendered from that purchase. Contact us with the email used at checkout and the order reference.

What cannot be refunded

Credits already spent on successful renders are not refundable, because the computing cost has already been incurred.

Purchases made in violation of the Terms of Service, or accounts suspended for abuse, are not eligible.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Bank or card processing usually takes 5–10 business days to appear.

Demo mode

While the site runs in demo mode no real payment is taken, so no refund is possible or necessary — credits are added for free for testing.
